- 300 g rhubarb Biological rhubarb from Den Delft
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 60 ml orange juice
- gin

Instructions
- Cut the vanilla pod and scrape out the marrow.
- Cut rhubarb and slice in pieces of 1 inch.
- Bring rhubarb, orange juice and vanilla to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the juice from the pulp, collect the juice and let it cool in the fridge.
- Fill a wine glass halfway with ice cubes.
- Add 50 ml gin, and rhubarb according to your preference.
- Garnish with a slice of orange over the rim of the glass.
